ESS, 에너지 저장 시스템 (Energy Storage System)은 태양광 발전소에서 발전된 전기를 충전, 보관하였다가 한국전력으로 방전하는 장치를 말합니다.

태양광 발전을 통해 생산된 전기를 저장장치인 배터리에 충전했다가 전력이 필요할 때 방전함.

신재생 발전을 연계할 경우에 불안정한 출력 보조 및 전력 사용의 효율성을 향상시킴
ESS는 배터리와 제작기술력이 중요함으로 (주)월드진에서는
1) 삼성 SDI 배터리를 사용하며
2) 한국 전력 자회사인 한전산업개발㈜과
3) 현대 Electric㈜의 제작 제품만을 사용하고 있습니다.
ESS 를 설치하면 태양광 연계 가중치 부여합니다.
10:00 시 부터 16:00 시 까지의 전기료에 REC 5배 수의 발전 수익을 얻을 수 있습니다.
ESS 는 자금이 많이 드는 시설이므로 전액 PF로 시설 할 수 있습니다.

When you install the ESS, it gives a weight to the solar linkage.
You can get 5 times more revenue from REC than electricity from 10:00 to 16:00.
The ESS is a very expensive facility, so it can be installed in full PF.
